Firstly apologies as I have been a little sporadic in the blog world of late – am playing catch up!
I saw this mixture of tiny little grass seed heads last weekend at Pyalong. The shape of some of the seeds reminded me of hops and almost looked like they were on little fishing lines – very delicate and pretty. Β It was blowing a gale so not as sharp as I would want but the high afternoon light was beautiful π

Nice.
Life gets in the way. No problem – we understand. π

Always a pleasure to see your workβ¦I like the sense of movement in this.
Thank you as always π
Pretty! Love the colours. Nice capture π
Thank you as always Julie π
When life seems blured, focus on the seeds yet to bloom. Thank you Lisa for this timely photo.
Thinking of you.
Hi Lisa – what a gorgeous fresh image!!
I love the way you have captured a couple of the seed heads and a definite sense of movement.
Beautiful light. Such a descriptive image! Love it.
I’ve been looking at seed heads too – there are lots and lots ‘here’ presently π
Great to hear from you!!
Don’t worry about playing catch up – blogs take quite a bit of work, I’m playing catch up all the time!
And don’t worry about the blurring – trust me, I’m a doctor! – I think it adds a lot of energy to the image, its helps tell me what it was like being there. The two seed heads at the top, just left of centre, are reasonably sharp, so the eye fixes on these – and the rest adds life and atmosphere. A
wonderful light and vision!!
PS. Lisa, I’ve slowed down a bit on blogging too. It’s hard to keep up!!
Light beautifully captured Lisa
Fabulous and imaginative image- so many things one sees and feels. Wonderful blog. Smiling cheers,
Autumn Jade
Thank you for taking time to comment – I’m glad you have enjoyed π
I like that it’s not sharp — illustrates the strong breeze very nicely.
Oh I love this!
