Yes, at long last the weather has turned and today is the first day of daylight saving where the clocks have gone forward so it feels even more like we have turned that wintry corner. For me, work starts to get busy, as does the garden and it’s macro lens time! These two images were taken very early yesterday morning. Click in twice for more details 🙂

Beautiful!
Thank you!
Hello Spring! Good to see you out with the macro – nice shots.
Yes definitely good to see it again though it’s a pity that it doesn’t stay around this temperature – it has been around 23C or 73F .
Great shots. But I think we bypassed Spring and went straight to summer. 33 degrees today.
Thank you – yes I’m hoping the predictions aren’t correct for summer this year.
Gorgeous.
(and I completely forgot about daylight savings changeover – thank goodness I read your post).
Thanks Vicki, I think we both appreciate this time of year.
Wonderful images ..
Thanks as always Julie 🙂
Beautiful pictures – but oh dear, after a dry September, October has started wet and windy – and we are thankful not to be on our west Wales holiday this week! Our time change is at the end of this month >>> and so to darker and darker days! Hope you’re fine! Adrian
Thanks Adrian – but just think of those foggy mornings to come! As always good to hear from you.
exquisite macro Lisa!
Thank you, it’s good to get the lens out again!
I’m envious of those lovely signs of Spring. The fine warm days of September have been banished by cold and wet up here in the UK – rather a shock to the system.
It is good to see it return, but I do still miss the cold and dark at Christmas and right now my brain keeps telling me Easter is here!!
These are gorgeous Lisa! You do so well with handheld 🙂
We got our wind and rain and sunny again now.
Sorry for late reply, thank you! Yes I find I hold my breath a lot, lol 🙂
So beautiful. Great captures of these flowers, Lisa!
Thank you so much Amy!
You present these flowers in such a soft, lovely way.
Cheers, it’s good to get the macro back outside.
