I took this image last Friday about 30 minutes after sunrise. Β The sky was amazing as there was a weather front coming through which produced these wonderful cloud formations π
As always click for a larger view. Taken in near infrared on a converted D90
Fantastic capture here Lisa! Great sky and I like how the plants and water features are rendered in IR. Did you see the clouds as they appeared here or was it a surprise after you processed this one?
Great work π
Thank you. There were a few surprises, but I took some other shots from further around and was very surprised at some of the cloud reflections (but made the images way too busy).
Great sky! Still not won over by infra red though π
For some reason I can’t see the images with a couple of your previous posts – just a little blue question mark ….. thought you’d like to know in case it’s something you can ‘fix’.
Hi Lisa, this B&W image is stunning. Really like the infrared effect on the willows.

Thanks for the heads up – I can’t seem to find an issue though – was it in your email notifications or on the actual blog?
It was in the reader – I didn’t think about checking your actual blog. I’ll check later and let you know.
