This image was taken at Alowyn Gardens and is a series of Wisteria tunnels or walkways. Ā I shall go back (very soon) when the Wisteria blooms for a colour image…lining up the image was hard enough let alone planting and constructing it š
I missed the deadline for MMC 30 this week, but do check it out š
Beautiful picture! š
Merci beaucoup š
Lol… You did a great job lining it up š
Such a wonderful place Lisa… Really gorgeous!
I missed MM this week again too.
Thanks Robyn. It is a wonderful place – if you are this way, it’s definitely one to visit š
I’ll definitely keep that in mind š
Nice shot, yes I know that with all the lines going on here you needed to take a lot of time to get set up correctly so as not to have a nightmare image to content with. Well done!
Thank you š
Fantastic shot!
Glad you liked it Rajiv š
A tunnel of love!
Yes, maybe!
Amazing shot Lisa, can’t wait to see this magnificent arbour in full bloom
Thanks Jude, I hope we make it š
It really is a great shot. I like seeing the shadows.
Thank you, glad you liked it!
I am so looking forward to seeing this when it blooms in colour, Lisa. We have a very old wisteria on the front of our house and it is a glorious sight in Spring and the scent is a bonus. Here’s a link to that entry for you: http://lensscaper.wordpress.com/2013/05/31/wisteria-2/
I really do hope we make it back in time – it’s such a long walkway and it will be stunning. Your Wisteria images are wonderful š
Glad you liked them, Lisa. It is one of the highlights of Spring.
I love it Lisa!! It’s been hard commenting while travelling (and posting- though I have) Notebook is slow though I have lightroom on it which is great!! Infrared is wonderful!
I missed your comment, apologies. Yay for IR š
I’ll look forward to the color image, but aren’t the shadows lovely in this one? Very nice!
Oops, missed some comments on this post – glad you liked it š
Wonderful structure and well worth the effort of lining it up! I particularly like the tones that separate the components of what can be a very busy subject. Potentially this could be a lot harder to pull off in colour so I look forward to seeing how you do – now there’s a challenge! š
Yes I agree, it very well might be, we’ll see š
