This weekend has been wet, dark and quite miserable. Today we went to visit Post Office Farm Nursery owned by a friend who is a Hellebore specialist. The nursery is open on Sundays during winter when the plants are at their peak. I have to admit the weather was not ‘macro friendly’ with high winds and rain so I shall be going back before the flowering season ends. They are beautiful plants with so many different colours and forms.

Superb detail Lisa, hope you go back to the nursery
Thank you as always 🙂
These flowers are lovely, all of them. We also have some different kinds in our garden. If you want, take a look
Thank you! You have some beautiful images on your blog.
Thanks a lot for your comment.
I love the white one with the pink edging – I’ve not seen that variety before.
Hellebores make a great subject so good luck for your next visit – either that or take a pair of secateurs 😀
